The “I Love My Air Fryer” Affordable Meals Recipe Book: From Meatloaf to Banana Bread, 175 Delicious Meals You Can Make for under $12 by Aileen Clark

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I really needed an innovative cookbook to help me change up my air fryer routine!

The recipes in this beautifully illustrated book include many all-time favourite crowd pleasers:

Kale Chips
Fried Pickles
Potato Wedges (and Fries)
Corn on the Cob
Crispy Ranch Chicken Wings

Chicken Parmesan
Bruschetta Chicken (you add the tomatoes and seasoning half-way through)

Orange Chicken (!!! Yummy !!!)
Mongolian Beef
Beef Empanadas
Lasagna

Salmon Cakes
Bang Bang Shrimp
Fish Sticks
Beer Battered Cod

… to name just a few!!!

What I love about this cookbook in particular is that the author includes an estimated cost guide: I love advance warnings! Some recipes can cost a fortune to whip up, especially if you have to search out or order exotic ingredients or spices. My taste buds were well and truly intrigued by the wealth and variety of recipes in this excellent cookbook! Cooking healthy is now even tastier – and faster – than ever. Who doesn’t love “crispy on the outside – juicy and tender on the inside?”

Hint, hint: this air fryer guide and recipe book would make a great Xmas gift for foodies and cookbook collectors!

(Note: because the book was not yet published when I wrote this review, I was not allowed to use any of the pictures in this cookbooks. The illustrations I have used are from the internet.) My thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for an ARC of this versatile cookbook in exchange for an honest review.
